摘要

依据停炉方案,采用炉顶打水和通氮气的方法,成功将韶钢6号高炉料线降到风口区,并在降料线过程中回收了煤气,实现了安全、顺利、环保停炉。
        The methods are adopted for roof watering and feeding nitrogen based on the furnace shutdown scheme,stock level is successfully decreased to tuyere zone for No. 6 blast furnace,and the gas is recycled as well. The safety and smooth,environmental protection are realized in the process of blast furnace shutdown.
