高效液相色谱法检测大米中11种荧光增白剂

摘要
建立高效液相色谱法检测大米中11种荧光增白剂含量的分析方法。1.000 g样品经1.00 mL 40%乙腈-水溶液(三乙胺调p H值至11.5)提取,氮吹浓缩,经C18柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,350 nm波长扫描,外标法定量。高效液相色谱法检测大米中的11种荧光增白剂的检出限均为0.1μg/g,当添加水平为0.5、0.8、1.0μg/mL时,方法回收率为59.3%~89.0%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations,RSD)(n=6)在1.1%~5.8%。
        A high performance liauid chromatograhy method was established for the determination of 11 kinds of fluorescent whitening agent in rice. The rice was diluted by 40 % acetonitrile-water(adjusted pH to 11.5 by triethylamine),concentrated with nitrogen,separated by C18 column,and determined by photo-diode array at350 nm wavelength with external standard method for quantification. The limits of the detection(LOD)of the11 kinds of fluorescent whitening agent which were detected by high performance liquid chromatography in rice were all 0.1 μg/g. The recoveries of the 11 kinds of fluorescent whitening agent were all between 59.3 %-89.0 %when spiked at 0.5,0.8 and 1.0 μg/mL. The relative standard deviations(RSD)of the method were 1.1 %-5.8 %(n=6).
