摘要
油井洗井是确保油井正常生产的重要措施,其发展的要求是既有好的洗井效果,又不造成洗井过程中的油层伤害和地面井场的污染,还要确保洗井液对人体健康不产生伤害。针对华北油田第三采油厂目前开发的新型清洁环保洗井液,研究了其防膨性、界面活性以及对储层水锁损害的特点。试验结果表明,新型清洁环保洗井液具有表面张力较低、不引起储层岩石的黏土膨胀、对储层水锁损害小的特点;现场洗井结果表明,新型清洁环保洗井液能彻底清洗油管、抽油杆壁面上附着的油垢,洗井后油井能迅速恢复生产,且地面井场无污染。
        Well-flushing is an important measure to ensure regular production of oil wells.The requirements for the development of well flushing are that good effect of well cleaning is needed,no formation damage and surface well site pollution are induced in well cleaning,and human health is not harmed by well washing fluid.Based on a new clean and environment protection well washing fluid developed by No.3 Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield Company,the anti-swelling property,interfacial activity of washing fluid and the damage characteristics of washing fluid to reservoir water lock are tested and studied.The results show that the new clean and environment protection well washing fluid has a low surface tension,no clay expansion of reservoir rocks and little water blocking damage to the reservoirs are caused.Field application result shows that the new clean and environment protection washing fluid can be used for cleaning grease stain attached to the wall of tubing and sucker rod thoroughly,and oil wells can resume production quickly after well cleaning,and no pollution is induced in surface well site.
