摘要
近年来,国内许多人才招聘网相继上线手机App,希望能够为求职者提供更为便利、高效的招聘服务。用户体验水平的好坏将直接影响到人才招聘类手机App的推广使用,成为决定用户去留的关键原因之一。构建用户体验评价指标体系,有助于指导人才招聘类手机App的建设和发展。以Y人才招聘网手机App为例,将其用户体验评价分为感官体验、易用体验、功能体验和安全体验四个核心要素,采用模糊综合评价方法开展用户体验状态具体评价,从中分析其用户体验中存在的问题,可提出更加贴合用户实际使用体验的提升策略。
        In recent years, many talent recruitment networks in China have launched APPs one after another,hoping to provide more convenient and efficient recruitment services for job seekers. The level of user experience will directly affect the promotion and use of talent recruitment APPs and become one of the key reasons that determine whether users will stay or not. The construction of user experience evaluation index system is helpful to guide the construction and development of talent recruitment APPs. Taking a talent recruitment network APP "Y" as an example, its user experience evaluation is divided into four core elements: sensory experience, easy-to-use experience,functional experience and security experience. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to carry out specific evaluation of user experience status. From this, the problems existing in its user experience are analyzed, and improvement strategies that are more in line with the actual user experience can be proposed.
