摘要
目的:利用患者锥体束CT(Cone Beam Computed Tomography,CBCT)数据3D打印牙缺失患者牙颌模型,与患者实际牙颌尺寸、传统石膏模型尺寸对比,评估其精确度。方法:选取安徽医科大学附属省立医院牙缺失患者10名,通过Mimics19.0软件处理患者CBCT数据,模拟重建牙颌数字化模型,导入3D打印机,采用立体光固化成型技术(Stereo Lithography Apparatus,SLA)制作树脂材料的上下颌实体模型。比较SLA-3D打印模型与患者实际口内、传统石膏模型的牙冠近远中径、牙弓长度和宽度、牙尖距离等测量值。结果:数据经配对样本t检验,SLA-3D打印模型与患者实际牙颌尺寸、传统石膏模型尺寸在牙冠近远中宽度、牙冠颊舌尖等解剖结构均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT数据结合3D打印技术,可高仿真重建患者颌骨模型,但在精细结构的三维重建上精确性较差。
        Objective: The aim of this study is to fabricate a virtual model with Cone Beam Computed Tomography(CBCT)via 3 D printing, and to compare the accuracy with the traditional dental cast. Methods: Ten patients with missing teeth were selected,the CBCT data were processed by Mimics 19.0 software to simulate and reconstruct the digital model. Using Stereo Lithography Apparatus(SLA) 3 D printing virtual model by 3 D printer. Comparing measured values of crown diameter, arch lengths and widths,cusp distances, etc. between the SLA-3 D printed model, the traditional dental cast and patient real data. Results: There is statistical difference between the SLA-3 D model, the traditional dental cast and patient real data(P <0.05). Conclusion: The CBCT data combined with 3 D printing technology can be used to reconstruct the virtual model of the patients. However, the accuracy is poor in the three-dimensional copy of the fine structure.
