基于人才需求供给侧的高职院校生产性教学模式探索——以广东碧桂园职业学院酒店管理专业为例

摘要
基于人才需求的高职供给侧生产性教学改革是以人才需求和人才发展规律为出发点,以满足企业生产性需求为目标,从人才培养和输出的视角,对高职教学进行的改革。广东碧桂园职业学院酒店管理专业,根据企业人才需求,实施了"校企协同"的教学管理模式和教学课程能力化、课程标准职业化、教学设计项目化、教学班级岗位化等供给侧教学改革,取得了较好的实效,改革经验对我国高职"校企合作"教学改革具有一定的推广借鉴意义,对于促进高职人才质量的提升,解决人才市场难题具有一定的社会意义。
The supply-oriented teaching reform based on the talent demand is reforming Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Talent Cultivation and Output, based on the talent demand and talent development law to meet the production needs of enterprises. Taking the hotel management major of Guangdong Country Garden Polytechnic as an example, according to the talent demand of enterprises, this paper puts forward the teaching management mode of "college-enterprise coordination" and the supply side teaching reform direction of the teaching curriculum ability、curriculum standardization、Project-based teaching design、Orientation post class, which not only has certain promotion significance for the teaching reform of "school-enterprise co-operation" in higher vocational schools in China. But also has certain social significance for promoting the improvement of the quality of higher vocational talents and solving the talent market problem.
