摘要
为了提高人字齿轮的加工精度,提出一种补偿齿轮装夹位姿误差的简单方法。根据渐开线齿轮的数学模型和侧铣包络原理,自主开发软件生成刀具位置数据。通过建立齿轮装夹位姿误差模型,分析了齿偏差与齿轮装夹位姿误差间的关系。基于多体理论提出通过逆向解耦求解补偿代码解析解的补偿方法。通过切削实验验证了该方法能将人字齿轮精度从8级提高到5级且对称性明显提高,对提高人字齿轮的啮合性能具有重要意义。
        To improve the accuracy of herringbone gear,an easy method for compensating the gear clamping pose errors was presented.According to the mathematic model of involute gear and the flank milling envelope principle,cutter location(CL)data could be generated with the self-developed software.The gear installation error model was built and the relationship between tooth deviation and gear clamping pose errors was analyzed.A compensation method based on multi-body theory was proposed to solve the analytical solution of compensation code by reverse decoupling,of which the effectiveness was verified with cutting experiments.The results showed that the proposed method could improve the herringbone gear accuracy form grade 8 to grade 5 and the symmetry was obviously improved,which had great significance to improve the meshing performance of herringbone gear.
