2019’知识产权南湖论坛——"全球化与知识产权保护"国际研讨会暨第四届知识产权中原论坛在河南郑州隆重举行。大会共设七个分论坛,讨论内容涵盖新时代版权制度的国际化、商业标识保护与制度创新、创新发展与专利保护、全球化与知识产权司法、知识产权与竞争政策热点、广播影视行业版权与法律前沿问题等方面。来自各国的专家、学者、知识产权实务工作者针对知识产权全球化下的新问题展开探讨,积极建言献策。此次大会的圆满举行,展示了南湖论坛的新特色和新思想,为国家深入实施创新驱动发展战略和知识产权强国战略提供智力支持,必将推动我国知识产权事业建设再攀高峰。
2019' Intellectual Property Nanhu Forum-"International Conference on Globalization and Intellectual Property Protection" and the 4 th IP Central Forum was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The conference has seven subforums,covering the internationalization of the copyright system in the new era, commercial logo protection and institutional innovation, innovation development and patent protection, globalization and intellectual property justice, intellectual property and competition policy hotspots, and broadcasting and television industry copyright Experts, scholars, and intellectual property practitioners who from all over the world explored new issues under the globalization of intellectual property rights and then offered advice and suggestions actively. The successful holding of the conference demonstrated the new characteristics and new ideas of the Nanhu Forum,provided intellectual support for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and the strategy of strengthening the intellectual property power. The conference will definitely promote the construction of China's intellectual property industry.
