资源型城市转型效果评价研究——以安徽省为例

摘要
近些年来,随着资源的枯竭,产业结构升级一直是资源型城市可持续发展的核心问题。本文选取安徽省四个资源型城市,对其转型效果进行比较分析,利用主成分分析对城市之间的产业转型程度进行实证研究。研究结果表明:从4个主成分的分数来看,经济和资源指标的主成分分数比较高,而环境指标、社会指标的主成分分数比较低。这表明经济转型是产业结构调整的核心基础,需要通过产业升级来推动经济转型,从而促进资源、环境、社会等要素的转型,促进资源型城市的创新发展、可持续发展。
In recent years, with the depletion of resources, the upgrading of industrial structure has always been the core problem of the sustainable development of resource-based cities. This paper chooses four resource-based cities in Anhui province to analyze the transformation effect, and makes an empirical study on the degree of industrial transformation between cities by principal component analysis.The results of the study show that from the scores of four principal components, scores of principal components in the economic and resource index is relatively high, while the scores of principal component environmental indicators, social indicators are relatively low, which indicates that economic transformation is the core of industrial restructuring, through industrial upgrading to promote economic restructuring, so as to promote the transformation of resources, environment, society and other elements, and to promote the resource-based city's innovation and sustainable development.
