我国交通行业信用信息化建设现状及探讨

摘要
交通行业信用体系是社会信用体系的重要组成部分,交通行业信用信息化建设将为推动完善交通行业信用体系提供有效的技术支撑.本文在对国外交通行业信用管理分析的基础上,系统梳理了国内交通运输行业信用评价规章制度和标准规范方面的系列相关政策文件,并对北京、上海、浙江、广东等省市的交通行业信用信息化系统建设情况进行分析,归纳了在体制机制、信息化基础和数据整合方面存在的问题,并提出了建设原则、建设目标以及5个方面的建设思路.
The transportation industry credit system isan integral part to the social credit system,and the credit information in transportation industry will provide the useful effective technical support for promoting the transportation industry credit system. Based on the analysis of credit management of transportation industry in foreign countries,the series policy documents were also reviewed,and the credit information construction in transportation in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Guangdong was introduced,the problems existing in the system,the information base and the data integration were summarized. And the construction principle, the construction goals and the five aspects were put forward.
