摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为单一交联单体制备了丙烯酸酯后交联乳液,探索了HEA用量对乳液聚合速率、粒径、粘度及交联前后乳胶膜交联度、吸水率、力学性能和耐热性的影响,结果表明:加入HEA后乳液聚合速率明显上升,最终单体转化率均接近100%,乳液粒径及其分布未发生明显变化,而乳液粘度却随HEA用量增加呈现先升后降的趋势。同时,含HEA的乳胶膜可高温烘干交联,交联度可达65%左右,膜吸水率有所下降,但力学性能和耐热性有较明显提高。
        The acrylate post-crosslinking emulsion was synthesized by using methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate(BA) as main monomer and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) as single crosslinking monomer. The effects of HEA contents on the polymerization rate,particle size and viscosity of the emulsion and crosslinking degree, water absorption, mechanical properties and heat resistance of the latex film before and after crosslinking were investigated. The results showed that the emulsion polymerization rate was increased significantly after adding HEA,and the final monomer conversion rate was close to 100%. The emulsion particle size and its distribution did not change significantly,but the emulsion viscosity showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increasing of HEA dosage. At the same time,the latex film containing HEA could be crosslinked by high temperature drying and the crosslinking degree could reach about 65%. The water absorption rate of the film was decreased, and the mechanical properties and heat resistance were obviously improved.
