摘要
知识经济时代,知识作为重要的资源,迫切需要进行管理。高校作为人才培养的摇篮,其知识管理课程的教学模式也应有所变革:将CDIO教学理念引入知识管理课程,并从构思、设计、实现、运作四个环节对课程进行设计与实践。CDIO理念下的知识管理课程教学模式不仅培养学生掌握知识管理基础知识,还提升了他们的协作、沟通与表达能力,符合社会对知识管理人才的需求,值得推广。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is an important resource, and knowledge management is especially urgent. Meanwhile, as the cradle of personnel training, colleges or universities should also be reformed in the teaching mode of knowledge management courses. This paper introduces CDIO teaching concept into knowledge management course, and it designs and practices the course from four aspects: conceive, design, implement and operate. Students trained in this model can not only master the basic knowledge of the course, but also enhance the ability of collaboration, communication and expression, and meet the society needs of knowledge management professionals. Therefore, the teaching mode of knowledge management under the concept of CDIO is worth promoting.
