摘要
文章通过分析加蓬ANKONDO油田G4-188区块已施工井的钻井资料,指出该区块主要地层特点是研磨性强、自然造斜能力强等,由此造成的钻头失效严重、井斜控制困难等成为制约该区块钻井速度提升的主要因素。在理论研究与现场钻井技术应用相结合的基础上,形成了该区块快速钻进的技术施工方案,完善了适合该地区安全顺利快速钻井的工艺技术。截至目前该技术已经成功指导新井钻井8口,钻井提速15%以上,取得良好应用效果。
By analyzing the drilling data of the construction wells in the G4-188 block of the ANKONDO oilfield in Gabon, it is pointed out that the main stratum characteristics of the block are strong abrasiveness and strong natural slanting ability, which results in serious bit failure and difficulty in well inclination control. It has become the main factor restricting the drilling speed of this block. Based on the combination of theoretical research and on-site drilling technology application, the technical construction plan for rapid drilling in this block has been formed, and the process technology suitable for safe, smooth and rapid drilling in the region has been improved. Up to now, it has successfully guided 8 wells in new well drilling and drilling. Increase the speed by more than 15% and achieve good application results.
