摘要
鸡肉是大众喜爱的食物之一,鸡肉的品质和营养也成为大众所关注和关心的问题。针对鸡肉品质的评定与鸡肉营养的调控手段并就二者之间的关系进行探讨,从鸡肉品质的评定对鸡肉营养调控的影响、鸡肉品质的评定与营养调控的关系、鸡肉品质的评定对鸡肉的风味和营养来探讨鸡肉品质评定的途径和相关问题,以期提高大众识别鸡肉品质的能力。
        Chicken is one of the most popular foods. The quality and nutrition of chicken has also become a concern of the public. The relationship between the evaluation of chicken quality and the regulation of chicken nutrition was discussed. The ways and related problems of chicken quality evaluation were discussed from the aspects of the impact of chicken quality evaluation on the regulation of chicken nutrition,the relationship between chicken quality evaluation and nutrition regulation,and the evaluation of chicken quality on chicken flavor and nutrition,in order to improve the public's ability to recognize chicken quality.
