摘要
玲南金矿采场浅孔爆破落矿中,爆破参数的选取直接影响爆破效果,其中包括最小抵抗线、排间距、堵塞长度、线装药密度等参数的确定和计算;采场爆破采用排间微差爆破,排间延迟时间与爆破效果息息相关;玲南金矿采用光面爆破控制顶板和间柱,光面爆破的孔间距和装药量对爆破效果也有较大影响。鉴于玲南金矿生产现状,有必要对爆破参数进行二次设计和讨论,与现用爆破参数进行对比分析,从理论上说明现用爆破参数的合理性或不足之处,增加现有爆破说明书的设计依据,为下一步生产和深部开采提供参考。
In shallow hole blasting of Lingnan gold mine stope caving,the selection of blasting parameters directly affects the blasting effect,including the minimum resistance line,the row spacing,stem length,charge density and other parameters of the stope blasting. Millisecond blasting between rows is applied in Lingnan gold mine,the delay time effects the blasting effect and bulk rate. Smooth blasting is used to control roof and inter column,hole spacing of smooth blasting and the explosive charge have great effect on the blasting effect. In view of the status quo of Lingnan gold mine production,it is necessary to redesign and discuss the blasting parameters. By comparing and analyzing the blasting parameters,the rationality or shortcoming of the blasting parameters are explained theoretically. The design basis of the existing blasting specifications would be increased. The design will provide a reference for the next production and deep mining.
