摘要

为切实达到心理健康教育课程的教学目标,探讨"讲授+互动体验式"教学方法在心理健康教育课程教学中的应用研究,即运用讲授法促进学生理性思维能力的培养,运用互动体验式教学法增强学生的情感体验、实施行为训练,并探讨实施"讲授+互动体验式"教学方法的注意事项。
        In order to effectively achieve the teaching objectives of the mental health education curriculum, the application of the combination of "lecturing + interactive experiential" teaching methods in the teaching of mental health education is discussed, namely the use of lecture methods to promote the cultivation of students' rational thinking skills and the use of interactive experiences. The method of teaching enhances the students' emotional experience, conducts behavioral training, and discusses the precautions for implementing the "lecturing + interactive experiential" teaching method.
