摘要
目的探讨QC活动在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的作用。方法纳入2016年10月至2017年1月在本科住院的2型糖尿病患者共286例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组137例,观察组149例,对照组给予常规健康教育管理;观察组在常规健康教育的基础上引入QC小组活动干预。所有患者出院后随访6个月。结果 (1)住院期间观察组健康教育合格率明显提高。(2)观察组与对照组在饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理、用药评分和吸烟率6个维度的自我管理行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QC小组活动是有效提升2型糖尿病患者健康教育效果及患者自我管理行为的有效手段。
Objectives To explore the role of QC activity in education of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 286 patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in our department from October 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects, divided into two groups, 137 cases in the control group and 149 cases in the observation group, the control group was given routine health education and the observation group was given QC group intervention on the basis of routine health education. All patients were followed up for 6 months after discharge. Results(1)During the period of hospitalization, the qualified rate of healthy education in the observation group was significantly improved.(2)There were statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in self-management behaviors in the six dimensions of diet, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, foot care, medication score and smoking rate. Conclusion QC group activity is an effective means to improve the effect of health education and selfmanagement behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
