医学模拟训练技术在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用

摘要
目的泌尿外科临床教学中医学模拟训练技术的应用效果研究。方法选取2018年8—10月在本科室学习的临床专业本科生和住院医师规范化培训学员共10人作为研究对象,其中,2014级临床专业本科实习生5名为本科生组,2017级住院医师规范化培训学员5名为住培医师组。所有学员均采用"微创理论教学+模拟技术训练"的两步法进行培训,之后对两组学员培训前后理论知识、技能操作和简单手术进行考核并对结果做对比分析。结果两组学员微创基础理论知识及临床操作技能较培训前均得到提升(P<0.05),住培学员在此基础上可完成简单的泌尿外科微创手术。有利于泌尿外科微创手术教学训练模式的建立。结论医学微创模拟教学技术为不同层次学员的临床教学提供了有效且十分安全的培养模式,提高了学员微创手术临床技能,缩短了学员的学习曲线。
        Objective To study the effect of medical simulation training technology that applied in clinical teaching of urology. Methods Ten trainees including undergraduate interns and standardized training resident those who study in our department during August to November 2018 were divided into two groups. The five students of grade 2014 were in the undergraduate group,and the other fiver standardized training residents of grade 2017 were in resident physician group. All the trainees were trained with the two-step method of " Minimally invasive theory teaching and Simulation technology training". After that,the two groups of trainees were assessed on the theoretical knowledge,skill operation and simple operation,and the results were compared with those before training and analyzed. Results The basic theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of the two groups of students were improved compared with those before training( P < 0. 05). On the basis of this,the standardized training residents can complete the simple minimally invasive surgery of urology. It is conducive to the establishment of a teaching and training model for minimally invasive surgery in urology. Conclusions The minimally invasive simulation teaching technology provides an effective and safe training mode for clinical teaching of different levels of students,which improves the clinical skills of minimally invasive surgery and shortens the learning curve of the students.
