摘要

高校大学生就业问题日益严重,解决目前大学生就业问题,需要高校就业工作者进行精准的就业指导与服务。"互联网+"背景下,更应该运用网络信息化创新就业指导模式,找准学生就业兴趣,提供多方位的就业指导,提高大学生就业综合能力,提升就业质量。
        The employment problem of college students is becoming more and more serious.To solve the current employment problems of college students, it is necessary for college employment workers to provide accurate employment guidance and services to college students. Under the background of "Internet +", college teachers should use the network information innovation employment guidance model to identify students' employment interests, provide multi-faceted employment guidance,improve the comprehensive employment capacity of college students, and improve the quality of employment.
