丹蒌片治疗痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛的疗效

摘要
目的分析丹蒌片治疗痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法于2015年1月至2017年10月共纳入研究对象106例,均为痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=53),对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上联合丹蒌片治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者心绞痛的发作次数和持续时间显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者服用硝酸甘油心绞痛缓解时间、硝酸甘油用量显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组的81.13%(P<0.05)。结论丹蒌片用于痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛患者可有效改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Danlou tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris of phlegm stasis type. Methods From January 2015 to October 2017, 106 patients were included in the study. The patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of phlegm stasis type were randomly divided into control group(n =53) and observation group(n =53). The control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group was treated with Danlou tablets on the basis of western medicine treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the number and duration time of angor pectoris in the two groups significantly improved, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). The remission time of angina pectoris after taking nitroglycerin and the amount of nitroglycerin in the two groups significantly improved, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.34%,which was significant higher than 81.13% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Danlou tablets used for patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of phlegm stasis type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
