摘要
本文利用2015年8月1日的日本葵花-8号气象卫星云图资料和福建C波段雷达拼图,对对流初生临近预报系统(CINS)的预报产品进行了分析评估。评估结果表明,CINS预报产品精度较高,能够在C波段雷达探测到之前有效预报局地发生的对流天气,为提前应对局地、突发灾害赢得36分钟的时间。基于高时空分辨率葵花-8号卫星云图资料的CINS预报产品在民航气象预报中有很高的可用性。
In this paper, the forecast products of the Convective Initiation Nowcasting System(CINS) are analyzed and evaluated by using the Japanese Himawari-8 meteorological satellite date and the C band radar mosaic in Fujian China, in August 1, 2015. The evaluation results show that the forecast products of CINS has high accuracy, and it can predict the local convective weather effectively before the C band radar detects, and win 36 minutes for responding to local and unexpected disasters ahead of schedule. The CINS forecast products based on the high temporal spatial resolution cloud data of Himawari-8 satellite have a high availability in the civil aviation weather forecasting.
