摘要

中职创业社团是为学生提供创业教育基地,培养学生创业实践能力的学生组织。绩效管理水平的提升对创业社团持续性发展具有重要意义。该文以徐州机电工程学校学生创业社团为为例,基于平衡计分卡理论,分析构建适合中职学校学生创业社团的绩效管理指标体系,通过层次分析法确定各级指标及权重,利用专家打分确定目标值。
        Students' business start-up association is the entrepreneurship education base in Secondary Vocational School, which to cultivate students' entrepreneurial practice ability. The ascension of performance management level is of great significance for the sustainable development of start-up association. Taking business start-up association in Xuzhou Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School as an example and based on the the Balanced Scorecard Theory,this paper constructed and analyzed a performance management index system that's suitable for the business start-up association in Secondary Vocational School, definined the indexes and weights with analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and determined the target values by experts scoring.
