摘要
目的:研究"B-P合剂"的降血糖活性(由黄连和葛根按1∶5配伍组成),为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以高脂高糖饲料饲养并结合链脲佐霉素(STZ)致高血糖SD大鼠为研究对象,对造模成功的大鼠分别灌胃给药高、中、低剂量的"B-P合剂",对照组和模型组给予等量的生理盐水,通过检测大鼠的体质量、胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗指数、血脂四项、空腹血糖和耐糖量、以及肝、肾功能指标检测和病理学检查,探究"B-P合剂"的降血糖活性。结果:"B-P合剂"可显著降低糖尿病模型大鼠的体质量、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖,回调血脂四项,改善大鼠的耐糖量,并且对肝、肾功能无明显影响。结论:"B-P合剂"具有较强的降血糖、降血脂活性,且安全无毒,值得大力开发应用为全新降糖药。
        Objective:To study the hypoglycemic activity of B-P mixture(Coptidis Rhizoma and Pueraria lobata by 1∶5) to provide experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: High-fat and high-sugar diets fed with streptozotocin( STZ)-induced hyperglycemia in Sprague-Dawley rats were used as study objects. High,medium,and lowdose BP mixtures were administered intragastrically to the successful rats. The control group and the model group were given the same amount of physiological saline. The body weight,insulin level,insulin resistance index,four lipids,fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance,liver and kidney function tests,and pathological examination were measured to explore the hypoglycemic activity of BP mixture. Results: B-P mixture can significantly reduce the body weight,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,and blood lipids of diabetic rats,improve the glucose tolerance of rats,and has no significant effect on liver and kidney function. Conclusion: B-P mixture has a strong hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic activity,safe and non-toxic. It is worth developing and applying as a new hypoglycemic agent.
