<正>肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是以上下两级运动神经元进行性丢失为特征的一种神经系统变性病,为最常见的成年发病的运动神经元疾病~([1])。该病系脊髓前角病变致运动神经元损伤所致,往往预后不良,迄今为止尚无有效的方法治愈或阻止其病情发展,一般以支持对症疗法为主,平均预期寿命为2～3年~([2])。营养支持可提高患
