摘要
目的回顾性分析总结大骨瓣减压术后个性化塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析自2016年5月—2018年1月期间该院神经外科收治的84例颅骨缺损患者的临床资料,均实施采用三维数字成型钛网覆盖法修复颅骨缺损,并对其临床治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况及随访结果进行分析总结。结果患者手术后外观良好;术后外观满意度达100.00%;手术后并发症发生率为4.76%;术后6~12个月随访率为92.86%;随访结果可知均恢复良好,均疗效满意,远期并发症发生率为0.00%。结论采用三维数字成型钛网覆盖法修复颅骨缺损可以明显提高颅骨缺损患者的修复满意度及治疗效果,且术后并发症发生率低,术后远期并发症发生率低,值得在临床治疗中作为颅骨缺损修补的首选。
        Objective To retrospectively summarize the therapeutic effect of personalized shaping titanium mesh for repairing skull defects after large bone flap decompression. Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with skull defects admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The three-dimensional digital titanium mesh covering method was used to repair the skull defect and its clinical treatment. The effects, postoperative complications and follow-up results were analyzed and summarized. Results The patient's appearance was good after operation; the postoperative appearance satisfaction was 100.00%; the postoperative complication rate was 4.76%; the follow-up rate was 92.86%after 6~12 months; the follow-up results were all good and the results were satisfactory. The incidence of long-term complications was 0.00%. Conclusion The use of three-dimensional digital titanium mesh covering method to repair skull defects can significantly improve the repair satisfaction and treatment effect of patients with skull defects, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low. The incidence of postoperative long-term complications is low, which is worthy of clinical treatment as the first choice for repair of skull defects.
