高校图书馆开展专利信息服务研究

摘要
文章寻求高校图书馆开展专利信息服务模式,并就目前专利服务人才和专利分析工具缺乏的情况提供解决对策。通过调查985高校图书馆主页了解高校图书馆开展专利信息服务情况,从专利培训服务、专利检索服务、专利分析服务及专利咨询服务4个方面了解高校图书馆专利信息服务现状。同时介绍了江苏省高校图书馆专利信息传播与利用培育基地的实践情况。
To seek the mode of patent information service in university libraries, and to provide solutions for the current lack of patent service talents and patent analysis tools. By investigating the home page of the "985 Project" university library to understand the situation of the patent information service in the university library, the status of the patent information service of the university library is understood from 4 aspects: the patent training service, the patent retrieval service, the patent analysis service and the patent consultation service. The paper also introduces the practice of the cultivation base of patent information dissemination and utilization in Jiang su Onirersity libraries.
