松软煤层瓦斯抽采下筛管技术的应用

摘要
针对松软煤层瓦斯抽采孔壁稳定性差,易造成喷孔、塌孔,难下筛管,瓦斯抽采效率不理想的问题,介绍了全孔段下筛管技术的配套设备及工艺流程,并在张村煤矿对该技术进行了工业试验。结果表明:在松软煤层中全孔段下筛管工艺比传统工艺的成孔率高50%;全孔段下筛管工艺可以使单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高2.8倍,单孔纯瓦斯流量提高2倍;而且全孔段下筛管技术护孔效果要远远高于传统工艺,尤其在松软煤层中采用该技术可以大大提高瓦斯抽采效率。
        Poor stability of hole wall in gas drainage of soft coal seam often causes problems such as hole injection and collapse, difficult screen pipe putting down, and poor drainage rate. The paper introduces the equipment and process of the technology and industrial experiment conducted in Zhangchun Mine. The results show that the pore formation rate of the screen pipe putting down along full length borehole is 50% higher than the traditional method. In addition, the gas extraction concentration of a single hole increases by 2.8 times and the gas flow increases by 2 times. Besides, the effect of hole-protection is far better than the traditional process, which could increase the drainage efficiency greatly in the soft coal seam.
