松软煤层全孔段下筛管瓦斯抽采技术与装备研究

摘要
以潞安李村煤矿为研究对象,研发新型全孔段下筛管技术的配套设备及工艺流程,并进行了工业试验。结果表明:松软煤层全孔段下筛管技术成孔率是传统下筛管技术的2倍。该工艺可以对裸孔进行护孔,降低钻孔塌孔率,提高了下筛管效率,增加了经济效益;全孔段下筛管工艺下瓦斯浓度稳定在30.6%,是传统工艺下瓦斯浓度的2.83~2.85倍;利用全孔段下筛管工艺可以使单孔纯瓦斯流量提高近2.15~2.36倍,效果明显;松软煤层全孔段下筛管护孔瓦斯抽采效果远高于传统下筛管瓦斯抽采工艺,提高了钻孔的可靠性,保证了瓦斯的抽采效率,解放了生产力,具有良好的推广应用前景。
        To Lu'an LI vinage coal mine for the study, development of new full-bore section under screen technology, equipment and processes, and industrial test. The results showed that: screen technology into the porosity of soft seam bore section at twice the tradition of screen technology. The process can be protected against bare hole hole, reduce drilling hole collapse rate, improve the efficiency of the next screen, increase economic efficiency; full bore section next screen process gas concentrations stabilized at 30.6%, is the traditional process under the gas concentration 2.83 ~2.85times; the use of full-bore section screen technology allows a single hole pure gas flow by nearly 2.15~2.36 times, the effect is obvious; the next hole section screen soft seam gas drainage hole protection effect is far higher than conventional screens at gas pump mining technology, improving the reliability of drilling to ensure that the extraction efficiency, the liberation of the productive forces, with good promotion prospects gas.
