微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗的有效性及安全性

摘要
目的:探讨微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗的有效性及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年4月在笔者医院口腔科进行口腔正畸治疗的80例患者病例资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统固定正畸治疗,观察组采用微型种植体支抗辅助正畸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差、头影测量数据指标(OJ、OB、U1/L1、MP、SN、SNA、ANB、SNB、Z角)、咀嚼效率、咬合力及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.00%、80.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);两组的OJ、OB、U1/L1、MP、SN、SNA、ANB、SNB、Z角均得到明显改善(P<0.05),观察组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的咀嚼效率、咬合力均明显大于对照组;观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.00%、22.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗效果显著,安全性高。
        Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of micro-implant anchorage for oral orthodontic treatment. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients received oral orthodontic treatment which was retrospectively analyzed in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 and those patients were into control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, 40 patients in each group. The patients were carried out conventional braces orthodontic treatment in control group and the patients were carried out micro-implant anchorage assist orthodontic treatment. The therapeutic effect, molar displacement, upper incisor inclination difference, high cutting tooth angle difference, head shadow measurement data index(OJ, OB, U1/L1, MP, SN, SNA, ANB, Z angle), masticatory efficiency, occlusal force and adverse reaction was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group and control group was 95.00% and 80.00% respectively, there was statistically significant between two groups(P <0.05). The molar displacement, upper incisor inclination difference, high cutting tooth angle difference of observation group was significantly less than that of control group(P<0.05). The OJ, OB, U1/L1, MP, SN, SNA, ANB, Z angle/Angle of two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05), the improvement degree of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). The masticatory efficiency, occlusal force of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.05). The occurrence rate of adverse reaction of observation group and control group was 5.00% and 22.50% respectively, there was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of micro-implant anchorage on oral orthodontic treatment was remarkable and the safety was high.
