西黄胶囊对三阴乳腺癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:研究三阴乳腺癌的患者运用西黄胶囊对其免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法:筛选2015年1月-2016年5月笔者所在医院乳腺外科收治的三阴乳腺癌行改良根治术患者32例,全部入选患者均口服西黄胶囊2个月,并联合实施TAC或Acweeky T化疗方案6～8周。对比治疗前后患者调节性T细胞、抑制性T细胞、细胞毒T细胞和自然杀伤细胞数值的变化情况,同时观察治疗前后患者生活质量和临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗后患者调节性T细胞和抑制性T细胞的数值均显著降低,而细胞毒T细胞和自然杀伤细胞的数值均显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者一般健康相关生活质量调查量表8个项目的评分均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者出现潮热、盗汗、失眠及骨痛症状的例数均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三阴乳腺癌的患者运用西黄胶囊联合放化疗能较好地调节患者的免疫功能,提高患者的生活质量,缓解患者的临床症状。
Objective:To study the effect of Xihuang Capsule on immune function and quality of life in patients with three-negative breast cancer.Method:32 cases of three-negative breast cancer radical resection patients in the breast surgery of our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were screened in this study.All patients who were combined with TAC or Acweeky T chemotherapy regimen for 6-8 weeks were treated with Xihuang Capsule for 2 months.The changes of patients' regulatory T cells,inhibitory T cells,cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells before and after treatment were compared,and the improvement of quality of life and clinical symptoms before and after treatments were analyzed.Result:After treatment,patients' regulatory T cells and inhibitory T cells were significantly reduced,while the cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells were significantly increased,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment' the overall health-related quality of life survey scores of eight items were significantly higher,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,patients with hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia and bone pain symptoms were significantly reduced,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-negative breast cancer patients with Xihuang Capsule combined with chemotherapy can regulate the immune function,improve the quality of life of patients,and can relieve the symptoms of patients.
