摘要
"一带一路"是国家战略的主要组成部分,跨境电商堪称"网上丝绸之路","一带一路"战略的为跨境电商的发展带来了前所未有的机遇,本文基于STV三角模型从公司战略、公司策略、公司价值即战略、战术和价值三个层面对我国跨境电商状况进行分析,根据企业实际情况有效地组织实施公司业务活动,明确其未来的发展方向、市场定位及客户群体使企业获得核心竞争力。
"Belt and Road " is the main component of the national strategy, and the cross-border E-commerce is the " Silk Road on the Internet". The " Belt and Road " strategy brings unprecedented opportunity for the development of cross-border E-commerce. Based on the three aspects of company strategy, company strategy, company value, strategy, tactics and value, this paper analyzes the situation of cross-border E-commerce in our country.
