三色堇种子活力测定方法研究

摘要
研究三色堇种子活力适宜的测定方法,为选择高质量的三色堇种子提供技术支持。以‘P-1001’为材料,测定标准发芽试验、冷浸发芽试验及温室穴盘播种试验的种子萌发与种苗生长指标和不同浸泡时间的相对电导率,并研究各指标与温室穴盘播种试验的实际发芽指标之间的相关性。结果表明,冷浸发芽试验发芽率与温室穴盘播种发芽率以及种苗长满穴盘时计算的种子活力极显著相关;种苗长满穴盘时根长与标准发芽试验的苗长极显著相关;不同浸泡时间的三色堇种子的相对电导率可以用来预测温室穴盘播种的发芽率、种苗长满穴盘时计算的种子活力和根长、以及种子发芽率不变化时种子的活力和根长。建立了回归方程对温室发芽率、温室发芽的活力进行预测。
        This research is to explore the method for testing the seed vigor of Viola tricolor L. so as to provide technical support for screening quality Viola tricolor L. seeds."P-1001 "was chosen as the experiment material. The standardgermination test(SGT),submerged cold test(SCT) and seed tray germination in greenhouse were conducted,seedling growth indexes recorded,the relative electrical conductivity(REC) examined,based upon which,correlation analysis was made,comparing indexes in SGT and SCT with the seed tray germination indexes. The results showed that the germination rate in SCT had a significant correlation to germination rate in greenhouse and to seed vigor evaluated when the seedlings were full of hole. The root length grown in greenhouse had a significant correlation with the seedling length with a maximum correlation level. The REC of seeds under different submerging time could predict the germination status in green house,including the vigor and the root length evaluated both at the times when the seedlings were full of hole with the germination rate reaching maximum level,and when the germination rate remained constant. Furthermore,regression equations were built to predict seed germination rate and vigor in green house.
