基于透射光成像的纺织品纹理结构重建

摘要
探讨基于透射光成像的纺织品纹理结构重建效果。自行搭建了一套基于透射光成像的织物三维轮廓重建系统,设计试验对比了基于反射光成像法与透射光成像法的结构重建效果。结果表明:采用透射光成像法获得的三维模型具有较少的错误率,重建所得模型携带织物表面大量的纹理信息、空间位置关系及颜色信息。认为:该方法在一定程度上解决了纺织品复杂纹理结构重建过程中精度不高、匹配错误较多的问题,符合纺织品表征和分析的要求。
        The reconstruction effect of textiles texture based on transmission optical imaging was discussed.A reconstruction system for fabric three-dimensional model outline was self-constructed based on transmission optical imaging.The reconstruction effect based on reflected optical imaging and transmission optical imaging were designed and compared.The test results show that the three-dimensional model with transmission optical imaging method has less error rate.The model after reconstruction carries a large quantity of texture information,spatial position information and color information about the fabric surface.It is considered that the problems with textiles complicated texture reconstruction like lower precision and more matching errors were solved to some extent.It meets the requirement for textiles representation and analyses.
