摘要
在质量分数不超过15%的凹凸棒石黏土浆料中加入质量分数为3.5%的焦磷酸钠为分散剂,可以使浆料的黏度降至最低,此时可以最有效地去除凹凸棒黏土中的蛋白石(Si O2)杂质,以达到最佳提纯的效果。在提纯凹凸棒石黏土XRD衍射图中,提纯蛋白石的特征曲线几乎不可见,微结构中也见不到游离的Si O2颗粒。X射线荧光检测结果表明Si O2含量由提纯前的56.94%降至提纯后的38.44%,提纯后凹凸棒石黏土的吸附水的能力提高38%。
        The mass fraction of 3. 5% of sodium pyrophosphate as dispersant was added in attapulgite clay slurry with solid content less than mass fraction of 15%,which could make the paste viscosity fell to the lowest. It could be most effectively remove the opal in the concave- convex rod clay( Si O2) impurities,to achieve the best effect of purification.In the XRD diffraction diagram of purified attapulgite clay,opal purification characteristic curve was almost invisible,and also free Si O2 particles in micro- structures. X- ray fluorescence analysis showed that the Si O2 content of 56. 94% before purification drops to 38. 44% after purification,and it was adsorbed water capacity increased to 38%.
