摘要
电子式温补膜式燃气表结构简单、功耗低、计量准确度较高,可实现标准温度下的体积计量,达到公平贸易结算的目的。对于其计量性能的测试,动态法的准确性优于静态法。由于其通过电子计数器显示,检测装置无法对其信号采样,通常采用静态法检测。但该方法显示分辨力低及间歇式计数,检测时间长、准确性低。机械计数器能被装置可自动采样。根据其输入单片机的工况脉冲体积,与单片机输出、以电子计数器形式显示标准温度体积的同步性,提出一种基于量值传递的测试法,并设计了在检测模式下的显示电路。该设计的显示分辨力达到0. 1 L,可实现动态法测试。在25. 1℃下,测试G4型电子式温补表6次,误差重复性达到0. 05%。试验结果表明,该方法准确度高、测试时间短、操作简单、通用性强,有助于电子温补表的推广,能有效提升贸易公平性。
        The electronic temperature compensated diaphragm gas meter has the advantages of simple structure,low power consumption and high metering accuracy. It can realize volume metering at standard temperature and achieve fair trade settlement.For its metering performance test,the accuracy of dynamic method is better than that of static method. But,because of its display is by electronic counter,the detection device cannot sample its signal,usually the static method is used. However,this method features low resolution and intermittent counting,long detection time and low accuracy. The mechanical counter can be automatically sampled by the device,according to the synchronization between the input pulse volume and the output of the single chip computer,which displays the standard temperature volume in the form of an electronic counter,a test method based on value transfer is proposed,and a display circuit in the detection mode is designed. The display resolution of this design is 0. 1 liter,which can be tested by dynamic method. The error repeatability of G4 electronic temperature compensation gas meter is 0. 05% for 6 times of test at 25. 1 ℃. The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy,short test time,simple operation and strong versatility,which is helpful to the promotion of electronic compensation gas meter and can effectively promote trade fairness.
