眩晕3号方联合穴位敷贴、耳穴贴压治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压

摘要
目的:观察眩晕3号方联合穴位敷贴、耳穴贴压治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年6月本院心血管病中医综合治疗科门诊及住院治疗的原发性高血压患者100例,且均诊断为原发性高血压2级,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西药降压治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用眩晕3号方内服以及穴位敷贴涌泉穴、耳穴贴压治疗。结果:两组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 000 1);两组患者血压疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 000 1);两组患者治疗后中心动脉压水平比较,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 000 1)。结论:眩晕3号方联合穴位敷贴、耳穴贴压治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压疗效优于常规西药治疗,能改善患者中医证候积分,降低中心动脉压水平。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of No. 3 Formula for Dizziness in combination with acupoint application and auricular point sticking on primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. Methods: From October 2017 to June2018,Outpatient and inpatient patients with primary hypertension diagnosed as grade 2 of primary hypertension in the Department of Comprehensive Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint application on Yongquan( KI 1),and uricular acupoint sticking on the basis of the control group.Results: The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 000 1); the curative effect of blood pressure in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 000 1); the level of central arterial pressure in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 000 1). Conclusion: The efficacy of No. 3 Formula for Dizziness in combination with acupoint application and auricular point sticking on primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity is better than that of conventional Western medicine. It can improve the integral of TCM syndromes and reduce the level of central artery pressure.
