本文总结了德宏州的茶产业现状,运用SWOT方法分析了德宏州茶叶产业面临的外部环境条件(机遇、挑战)和内部环境条件(优势、劣势),在此基础上提出了茶企整合发展思路。
        This paper summarizes the situation of tea industry in Dehong,Yunnan province through analyzing the external environmental conditions(opportunities, challenges) and internal environmental conditions(advantages, weakness) of tea industry using SWOT method. How to develop tea enterprises are also discussed.
