摘要
当门式起重机的静挠度成为门架的主要控制指标时,如何较准确计算门式起重机的静挠度变成了充分利用门架的承载能力和降低门架自重的关键。按外部一次超静定结构确定门架平面内的刚架计算模型,推导门架支腿下端的横向推力和门架静挠度的计算公式。以横向推力与摩擦约束力比较结果,判别门架外部约束是否施加,据此决定门式起重机静挠度的计算模型。
With the static deflection of gantry crane as the main control index of portal frame, how to accurately calculate the static deflection of gantry crane becomes the key to make full use of the bearing capacity of portal frame and reduce the dead weight of portal frame. According to the external statically indeterminate structure, the rigid frame calculation model in the plane of the portal frame is determined, and the calculation formulas of the lateral thrust at the lower end of the portal frame leg and the static deflection of the portal frame are derived. Based on the comparison results of lateral thrust and friction binding force, whether external binding is imposed on the portal frame is judged, and the calculation model of static deflection of gantry crane is determined accordingly.
