基于浅孔水平爆破效果的堵塞参数研究

摘要
针对浅孔爆破堵塞参数不合理所导致的堵塞效果差、成本高和堵塞工艺复杂等问题,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,优化设计了堵塞结构,根据堵塞器动力学方程,建立了最优堵塞长度计算式,通过改变堵塞长度进行爆破试验,得到大块率变化曲线,结果表明最优堵塞长度范围为0.3~0.4 m,验证了最优堵塞长度计算式的可靠性。使用不同堵塞结构的工业性对比试验结果表明,在堵塞长度为最优长度时,采用胀裂式堵塞结构,提高了单循环进尺和炮孔的利用率,降低了装药量,简化了填塞工艺,降低了爆破成本。
        Aiming at the problems such as bad blocking effect,high cost and complex blocking technique caused by unreasonably blocking parameters for shallow-hole blasting,combined method of theoretical analysis and test research was adopted to optimize and design blocking structure.According to the dynamic equation of plugging device,calculation method of optimal blocking length was established;through changing the blocking length,the changing curve of boulder yield was obtained,the results showed that the optimal blocking length ranged from 0.3m to 0.4 m,which verified the reliability of the calculation method.The results of industrial contrast test with different blocking structures indicated that optimal blocking length and expansion blocking structure could improve the availability of single cycle footage and blasting holes,decrease the explosive payload,simplify the blocking technology and reduce the blasting cost.
