摘要
@@ A variety of types of data indicate that the subcontinental lithospheric mantle of the Sino-Korean Craton (SKC) has been dramatically thinned or lost during the Mesozoic. These include geophysical surveys of heat flow, gravity and seismic data for deep lithospheric structure, petrological and geochemical data from magmas and entrained xenoliths. Understanding why and how the SKC's lithospheric mantle are thinned or lost may help us understand the geological evolution of the eastern China. Various hypotheses have been advanced in attempts to explain the cause of the thinning or loss of the lithospheric mantle beneath the SKC. Based on the systematic compilation of Mesozoic tectonic and magmatic data of the SKC, this contribution proposes a comprehensive model to explain the lithosphere thinning and the reactivation of the SKC during Mesozoic.
