4, which are identical to those for

m theneutral hydrides. The structure and dyna
mic behavior of the new co
mpounds are analyzedon the basis of solution IR,
1H,
31P, and
13C NMR or ESR spectroscopic data. In addition,the redox and other che
mical transfor
mations connecting all the new co
mpounds arediscussed on the basis of the synthetic and structural data, as well as cyclic volta
mmetry
measure
ments carried out in dichloro
