Transrectal implantation of gold markers in the prostatic bed is possible. Salvage focal dose irradiation of macroscopic relapse after prostatectomy is feasible. Gold markers are stable in prostate bed for salvage focal irradiation. The distance variation between two gold markers could be considered as non-relevant. Development of new approaches of focal irradiation into the macroscopic relapse after prostatectomy.
