LncRNA profiles were changed by Cd exposure in mouse testes and spermatozoa. Differentially expressed lncRNA targets and mRNAs were linked with spermatogenesis. Providing a database for exploring lncRNA-related mechnisms in male infertility. LncRNA might be candidate markers for Cd-induced male reproductive toxicity.
