文摘

A facile design on magnetic response hydrogel microcapsules was proposed for achieving on-demand fed-batch cell separation. The suitable mechanical stable membrane of magnetic microcapsules was established. The membrane stability of MAC microcapsules were both size and membrane crosslinking time dependency. The prepared magnetic microcapsules have enough membrane stability in 286 h multiple fed-bath operations with no leakage of incorporated SPIONs and cells.
