Sleep, lung function, and quality of life in patients with myasthenia gravis: A cross-sectional study
文摘
Lung function, respiratory muscle strength and sleep were analysed in MG patients. Also investigated were the risk of OSA, the presence of EDS, and HRQOL. The physiological sleep variables were evaluated by overnight polysomnography. MG patients had reduced ventilatory pressure associated with normal lung function. The patients exhibited a considerable presence of SDB and impaired HRQOL.
