Experimental study on the effect of dissolved gases on salicylic acid crystallization. Degassing did not affect the solubility, and thus, the thermodynamics of the system. Dissolution rate was increased by degassing. Prediction of gas solubility in dependence on salicylic acid (SA) content. Decrease of gas solubility with SA content increase inhibits the dissolution.
