A three-lncRNA signature derived from the Atlas of ncRNA in cancer (TANRIC) database predicts the survival of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
lncRNAs play a critical regulatory roles in tumour initiation and progression. Some lncRNAs were related to clinical outcome of patients with different cancer types. TNM and tumour grade system have limitations in the prognosis of patients with HNSCC. A three-lncRNA signature was indentified to predict the survival of HNSCC patients. The lncRNA signature predict the survival of HNSCC patients in clinical practice.
