Inhibitors of HER2, PI3K, mTOR and Bcl-2 display strong synergy in cancer cells. The synergy is strongest in progesterone and estrogen receptor negative cells. Inhibition of PI3K, mTOR and Bcl-2 may potentiate radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cancer.
