Exercise tests were used to assess brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome (BOAS) in English bulldogs (EBs). EBs with mild BOAS performed better in exercise tests than those with more severe BOAS. Increases in body temperature during exercise were positively associated with increased severity of BOAS.
