The effects of three different antimicrobial peptides (PR-39, PMAP-36 and PMAP-37) on boar sperm quality were studied. The effectiveness of these peptides in control bacterial population of boar seminal doses were analyzed. PMAP-37 hardly impaired boar sperm quality and was effective in controlling the bacterial load.
